Zebra Technologies has launched a new managed services platform – Zebra Cloud Managed Services. The platform offers a wide range of market-leading services in the Cyber Security market, and Zebra is doing so in collaboration with Trend Micro Israel.
With the new platform, we allow business partners and end customers to purchase cyber security solutions for end-user protection, in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, per monthly fee. In addition, the leading product is based on the Trend Micro XDR.
This solution is based on artificial intelligence and most efficiently analyzes the activity data collected from local sensors in the environment, in order to produce fewer alerts with higher reliability.
Joining the Zebra Cloud service enables secure connectivity and gives organizations outstanding benefits in several aspects: flexibility, survivability, and efficiency; answering massive user growth immediately. Advanced end-to-end SMEs; regulatory compliance; expert services; installation, configuration, and a variety of complementary solutions; and local language service and support. The new activity launched and the platform we provide are designed to facilitate partners’ ability to provide advanced security solutions to medium and small customers. In addition, supplying Trend Micro’s Best of Breed solutions, and doing so in a SaaS configuration.
The new platform offers support in Hebrew that will be given by Zebra. This allows the range of Trend Micro’s solutions to be available to SMB and SME customers without requiring them to invest large, unavailable resources. Trend Micro is a strong player among Enterprise organizations, and with this service, we make it more applicable to smaller organizations.
This service is offered in two ways: The partner with the assistance of Zebra can get certified in support for the products and offer an all-inclusive service to the end-user, or the partner can rely on Zebra’s support.
